RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns: All returns must be received in unused, undamaged and ready for resale condition or it will refused.
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Industrial Fan Company are proud of our designs, the quality of materials, and the care we take to assemble and test our fans. We Warrant that our products will, under normal use and service conditions, operate as designed and be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) years from the date of purchase.
No guarantees are made regarding dimensions, actual air movement performance, or efficacy of this product for any specific application.
IFC reserves the right to review all claims, and is the final arbiter for approving or rejecting claims and deciding the appropriate method for repair, replacement or refund . as required under this warranty;
- Covers the entire IFC product,
- To the original purchaser only,
- For defects in design, workmanship, or materials
IFC may require any of the following in support of a claim
- Completion of the fault diagnosis checklist (ref. A)
- Proof of purchase
- Serial #
- Photo, video or other evidence of defect
What is not covered - Note that evidence of any of the following may void this IFC manufacturer's warranty.
- Removal, Packaging and Shipping of product returns to IFC
- Supply Power - Incorrectly rated supply Voltage, Current, Unprotected circuits and other anomalous power conditions that may damage solid state electronics
- Non-compliant installations - as referenced by the installation guide, and all other relevant general practices for installing electrical and overhead equipment, not limited to; (NEC) National Electrical Code; local, or state and local building codes.
- Product - Misuse, abuse, damage or modification in any way
- Unreasonable service conditions (heat, moisture, vibration, dust, or other environmental conditions) that exceed published ratings for the product.
IFC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages as applicable by jurisdiction, or remedial work necessary to correct installation procedures that do not conform to the instructions, codes and standards.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@industrialfanco.com.
The Customer is responsible for removal and replacement of installed products, packaging and shipping to IFC for warranty inspection, repair or replacement at its discretion.
Warranty Claim Instructions
- Completion of the fault diagnosis checklist (ref. A)
- Contact your place of purchase when you first notice a problem with the product. They may ask for:
- Proof of purchase
- Serial #
- Photo and/or video of defect
- The Dealer may request additional information or attempt to diagnose the fault before attempting a return
- All returns must have an RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization from IFC or they will be refused.
- IFC will repair, replace or refund an assembly or the entire product at its discretion for return to the customer
- Replacements or refunds will not be issued until all requested original products are received by IFC for evaluation.

IFC FAULT DIAGNOSIS CHECKLIST - Do this First!
Note - most issues can be identified by confirming every item on this simple checklist.
If your fan will not start after completing this checklist, or is making noise, please contact your place of purchase immediately.
- Blade Obstruction
- Power plugged in?
- Electrical circuit tripped or fuse blown? (confirm power is available at outlet with an electrical tester)
- Check all wiring for damage
- RESET FAN - Remove power from product for 10 minutes for full reset before restarting (clears internal faults)
